Wow what an amazing place. We visited Bangkok for 4 days so we wanted to experience the quiet nature as well. If you want to experience the real nature of the coastal area of Thailand and become totally relaxed this is the place. The view of the lagune is extraordinary, filled with wildlife (crane birds, monitor lizards, macaque monkeys,mudskippers and alot of other bird species, during a nightwalk we even encountered a monocled cobra!). On the other side of the street is a big fish market and an amazing temple with view of the sea. The staff of this resort was VERY nice and kind! They booked a boat tour trough the mangrove area for us. Also an amazing place if you like to hike trough the agricultural wetlands of thailand. We were the only guests so that made it even more special! The breakfast was everything we wished for and again, the people here are so nice. The resort itself is a bit outdated but that just adds to the experience. We have nothing to complain about, we loved it here.

A chill resort adjacent to Don Hoi Lot in Samut Songkram. The place is close to a lake, making the environment relaxing and natural. It also has a cafe above the lake with varieties of drinks and foods.

Nice resort. So many birds and fishes. Room is nice and clean. Staffs are great. The price of the deluxe room is a bit high with less amenities. No bath tub ,no safety box, no baby crib available. Not recommended for travellers with small childern. The breakfast is not good at all. Comparing the price with amennities need to be improved.

We visited 3 years ago and all good but now some aspects of the resort are starting to slide down the slippery slope of lazy management and the general slacking of staff.The staff here look like they hate their jobs.2500 baht gets you a new plush room with outside paint already chipping off and door lacquer fading fast.These rooms all have pipes that drain out old shower water into the lake..bad! 1000 baht gets you well used rooms but ok.Clean,but the king size was actually 2 separate singles joined together! Pool pumps not on and a small pond that was horrifyingly polluted. Staff said it would drain into the lake when there was an ocean high tide.Lake, pond,sea all connected.A lot of mosquitoes. Better than expected. Great lagoon view from the deluxe rooms. Lots of birds and nature. Breakfast was mediocre. Many food stalls nearby. Lots of ants in the room. Most staff are friendly.

Post covid stay, think I am only guest here. Rooms press table. Surrounding bit not upkept n pool not too clean, lots of sand n dead leaves. Nice looking lake in front but would be better if kept clean.

Great place to stay with very comfortable bed , friendly staff , good food , lots of local fresh fish restaurant in walking distance. Close to the sea . I highly recommend this resort.
